If you’re looking to return a product for whatever reason, we're here to help! We gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of your purchase. We can not guarantee the availability of sizes and styles for an exchange but can offer a store credit.

Please keep in mind:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use
We can not accept returns or exchanges for any underwear styles

Special order items and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Special orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed with our suppliers.

Filly Rose is located in Madison, CT, and serves the Connecticut Shoreline and beyond up to an M cup, in band sizes 28-46.

Appointments are required for all bra fittings and bra shopping visits so that we can ensure you always have our full attention and the best experience possible.
