  1. How often should I get measured for a bra?
    It's generally recommended to get measured for a bra at least once a year. However, certain life events or changes in weight, fitness, or hormonal fluctuations can impact your bra size. Therefore, it's advisable to consider a professional bra fitting if you experience any significant changes in your body, fluctuating between 10-15 pounds.  
  2. What should I wear to a bra fitting appointment?
    When going for a bra fitting, it's best to wear a well-fitted T-shirt or a close-fitting top. This allows the bra fitter to accurately assess how the bra fits under your clothing, giving you a better idea of how it will look and feel in everyday situations. Additionally, wearing a comfortable and supportive bra (preferably not a sports bra) to the fitting is helpful, as it ensures a smooth and accurate measurement process. Avoid wearing oversized or heavily padded bras, as these can affect the accuracy of the fitting. Dressing in comfortable, easy-to-remove clothing can also make the fitting process more convenient and efficient.
  3. Do you carry a wide range of sizes and styles?
    We carry an inclusive range of bra sizes, from A-M cup in 28-46 bands. Our bras are sourced from European and Uk-based designers, among others.
  4. Do you offer mastectomy bras or bras for special medical needs?
    We carry a range of bra styles that are designed for post-surgical needs. 
  5. Do you offer virtual fitting consultations?
    Currently, we do not offer virtual fittings. 
  6. What is the return/exchange policy for bras purchased in-store or online?

    If you’re looking to return a product for whatever reason, we're here to help! We gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of your purchase. We can not guarantee the availability of sizes and styles for an exchange but can offer a store credit.

    Please keep in mind: 

    • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
    • Exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
    • Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use
    • We can not accept returns or exchanges for any underwear styles

    Special order items and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Special orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed with our suppliers.

  7. How do I care for and maintain my bras for longevity?
    Hand wash your bras using a gentle detergent or utilize a mesh lingerie bag for machine washing. Always fasten hooks to prevent snagging, reshape cups, and air dry them flat to maintain elasticity. Steer clear of fabric softeners and excessive heat, as these can compromise the integrity of the fabric and elastic fibers. Rotate your bras regularly to prevent wear and consider having a few in your rotation to minimize daily strain. Proper storage, avoiding folding, and careful packing during travel can also contribute to the extended life of your bras. Take good care of your bra and it will take good care of you!
